By accessing or using the AXITRAQ platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
"Platform" means the AXITRAQ software application. "Account" means the organizational account created when you subscribe. "User" means any individual granted access under an Account.
You must be at least 18 years of age. You confirm all information provided is accurate.
AXITRAQ offers subscription plans (Basic, Standard, Premium, Custom), each with defined limits.
New accounts are eligible for a 30-day free trial with full access. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your Subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All prices are in USD and exclusive of sales tax, which is applied at checkout where applicable.
You may cancel your Subscription at any time. It remains active until the end of the current billing period.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose. You must not use it for unlawful purposes or attempt unauthorised access.
For US customers, all data is stored in the United States (AWS N. Virginia & Ohio). You retain ownership of all Content you upload. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
AXITRAQ provides the Platform "as is". Total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.
