For US customers your data is hosted in the United States across multiple regions (Virginia and Ohio) for performance and resilience. You can confirm your data region any time on the Company page inside the platform.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with per-company encryption keys managed through a dedicated key management service (KMS). The platform runs on managed, automatically backed-up databases (RDS) with redundancy across multiple data centers in your region.

AXITRAQ has five plans: Starter, Basic, Standard, Premium and Custom. Capacity limits are the same in every region. Basic, Standard and Premium include a 30-day free trial.
